# Galvora

> Galvora is an AI operations platform for short-term rentals. Hosts and property-management companies give instructions to their own AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible agent); Galvora's agents run calendars and channel sync, nightly pricing, guest messaging, cleanings and turnovers, smart-lock codes, and owner statements and payouts — within limits the operator sets, with preview, approval and undo.

Galvora is agent-first: the main interface is MCP, not a dashboard. It is multi-company (each management company or self-managing host is a tenant) and white-label ("Powered by Galvora").

- Tool names are verb_object, e.g. `check_availability`, `quote_stay`, `adjust_prices`, `prepare_turnover`, `what_changed`.
- Write tools return a preview first; the user confirms before anything changes. Errors include a `code`, a `message` and a `hint`.

## Key facts

- Double bookings are prevented by the database (an exclusion constraint), not only by application checks.
- Galvora never moves money on its own; payouts and refunds follow the operator's rules.
